nekupai ネクパイ

In anime, nekupai ネクパイ is a slang for when a girl is wearing a "necktie," nekutai ネクタイ, that lies between her "boobs," oppai おっぱい, consequently emphasizing her breasts.

Although it ends up as nekupai in Japanese, in English it would be pronounced like neckpie. See: romaji.
