Handbra

In anime, when a girl uses her hands or arms to cover her breasts, the term for that in Japanese is te-bura 手ブラ, literally "hand bra." This is also the English term for the same thing.

Examples

Since she's covering them, one may guess they aren't supposed to be exposed to begin with. Maybe her bra is gone. Maybe her bikini disappeared. Maybe a guy barged into her changing clothes or taking a bath somewhere.

By the way, when hair conveniently covers the girl's breasts, the term is kami-bura 髪ブラ,"hair bra" instead.
